Refund/Cancellation policy:

Traveler has 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel the trip and receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].

After 24 hours, the trip deposit – and all future payments – are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Traveler is required to purchase travel insurance to travel with Transformation7, LLC. Transformation7 encourages travelers to book a travel insurance policy within a week of the initial trip deposit or payment. Transformation7 highly recommends purchasing a comprehensive “Cancel For Any Reason” insurance policy.

By booking, travelers understand that travel insurance is the only means of receiving monetary reimbursement for flights and non-refundable expenses should your trip be canceled or changed for any reason, whether voluntarily or because of Transformation7's actions.
